| 1. System Software Development Manager |
| Job Description: Engineering manager for a group whose primary responsibility is the delivery of high quality system management software component.This individual should have the experience in engineering processes to architect, design and develop system management software. This individual will work closely with the team in U.S., as well as with other functional groups, i.e. Human Interface Engineers, Writers, SSQA, etc. He/She will also doing Priority setting, hiring, career development, etc. Must have a strong technical background, understand Java programming environment issues and preferably have experience in system management or network management. Required knowledge and skills: Project leadership experience, including direct responsibility for the deliverables of a team. Excellent communication in English, organization and people management skills required. Preferred knowledge and skills: Knowledge in system management or network management. |
| 2. System Software Developer |
| Job Description: Responsible for developing system software on Sun Solaris and Java platform. 1). Console/GUI/Application Engineer: Design, develop, document and test 100 percent Java based Console layer of Sun Enterprise system management product. Work with Human Factor and decide on data presentation and GUI layout. Implement using the latest Java technologies. 2). Server/Agent/Module Engineer: Design, develop, document and test Sun Enterprise system management framework components. Design and develop SyMON server, agent, and module components. Define APIs and MIBs. Debug problems and support customer queries and problems. Deliver high quality product on time. Required knowledge and skills: Strong software development experience in C/C++, Java, UNIX, Knowledge of system/network management products. Project development experience over a large scale operating system software or X Windows/Motif applications. Knowledge of software internationalization development experience and Chinese localization is essential BS with 5+ or MS with 3+ years experience. Preferred knowledge and skills:
- JFC, Unix, Shell scripts.

| 3. QA Engineer: |
| Job Description: Test development and execution on Enterprise system Management product. Activities include GUI, API testing, test automation, working with other development and QA groups to ensure the product quality and compatibility on different platforms. Contribute to product enhancement. System installation and configuration. Required knowledge and skills: Test methodology, software engineering process, GUI and API testing, Solaris, client/server, shell script, UNIX preferable Solaris experience. Excellent communication skills. Preferred knowledge and skills: Java, SNMP, OOD, Windows NT |
